Privacy Policy
The short version
The Zoundry app collects no personal data. It requires no account, has no telemetry, and has no analytics. This website (zoundrymixer.com) uses Google Analytics to understand which pages and campaigns work, but only after you accept it. This policy explains both in detail.
The Zoundry app
The app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. It runs entirely on your Mac. No usage data, no crash reports, no analytics, no identifiers of any kind leave your device.
Payment processing
Purchases are made through a checkout hosted at buy.polar.sh and processed by Polar, our third-party payment provider. When you complete a purchase, you interact with Polar's checkout directly. Any personal information you provide during checkout (such as your email address or payment details) is subject to Polar's Privacy Policy. Zoundry does not receive or store your payment information.
License activation
License keys are managed by Polar. Zoundry verifies your license locally on your device. No license checks are sent to Zoundry servers because Zoundry does not operate any servers.
Website analytics and cookies
This section applies to the website only, not to the app.
The website uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google. It is not loaded until you click Accept in the cookie banner. Before that, your browser makes no requests to Google Analytics and no analytics cookies are set. If you click Decline, nothing is loaded.
If you accept, Google Analytics sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_<container id>, and collects pseudonymous usage data: the pages you view, clicks on the download button, your device and browser type, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and the referrer and campaign tags (UTM parameters) in the link you arrived from.
We use this data only to understand which pages and campaigns work. Google acts as our processor for this data.
Withdrawing or changing your consent
Your choice is stored in your browser. You can change it at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any page. If you switch to Decline, analytics stops and the Google Analytics cookies are removed from this site.
Third-party links
This website contains links to third-party sites (such as Polar's checkout). Once you leave this site, Zoundry's privacy policy no longer applies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use.
Children's privacy
Zoundry does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app collects no information, and the website loads analytics only if a visitor accepts it.
Changes to this policy
If we ever change this policy, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
